Due to the nature of our services, all bookings are final and non-refundable. This includes:

• Voice or Video Call Consultations

• Kundli Matching and Analysis

• Gemstone or Vastu Suggestions

• Any personalized astrological remedies or reports

Once a consultation is scheduled or a report is shared, it cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances.

✅ Rescheduling

If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation:

• You may reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is allowed only once, and subject to time slot availability.

📞 Follow-Up Support

We value your trust. As part of our service:

• You are entitled to 1 or 2 free follow-up calls (as per the package chosen) in case you have any doubts or need clarity on your consultation.
